the textures you can get out of plain black and white are always incredible; most artists who texture so much lose the stark contrast. your stuff is gorgeous.

great drawing and inking. the text is a little awkward, (god i hope i don't sound like an ass, i really do like your work, so i just try to give you my best critiques) Your first word box is to big, i can't see what is happening in the first and the second. Conventional wisdom says keep your word balloons and boxes inside the panel, otherwise the focus is to much on the text and not the art. The next two panels can be one long horizontal box along the top, there for I can see what is happening.

Text is one of the most underestimated elements of comics. The text should be so smooth and easy to read that it is almost invisible. The old school guys used to lay out their word balloons before they even started drawing, with that said, just think about your text while you are drawing so that you have enough negative space for your balloons and boxes.
